Liked it better than Whey Protein. Those who have used Ovaltine or Horlicks will love this. Others can add little bit milk or yogurt to get the creamy taste like whey (that will give more protein and still less cheaper than whey).
One Tip = Best to blend it in a juicer / blender instead of shaking it in a bottle.
