Usage

SERVING SIZE: 115G (3 LARGE SCOOPS)

We recommend between 1- 3 servings per day, depending upon your own individual needs.

  • Add 600-700ml of water or milk to your TPW™ Master Blender. Then add 3 large scoops, shake well and consume.
  • Alternatively, add 300-350ml of water or milk to your TPW™ Master Blender. Then add 1 and a half large scoops, shake well and consume.

The less liquid you use the thicker and stronger tasting your shake will be, so adjust to suit your own taste
