Ans) Total mass matrix 2 kg (4.4 pounds) has 17 servings. Each serving contains 3 scoops. Total serving size in grams is 120 grams. Each serving has 492 calories and 32 g protein. There is a scoop inside the pack. Use 4 scoops at least daily with water or milk. For example use 2 scoops after exercise and use 2 any other time. 4 scoops daily is minimum for good results.

Ans) Whey Protein 80 1 kg (2.2 pounds) has 40 servings and 2 kg (4.4 lbs) has 80 servings. Each serving is of 1 scoop and serving size is 25 grams. Each serving has 20 g protein. Use one scoop immediately after exercise. One before sleeping, one in the morning. Overall use at least 2 to 3 scoops daily. You can use in water or milk. Per scoop, use 150-250 ml water or milk. Whey 80 has 4.5 g BCAAs and 3.5 g Glutamine per scoop.

Q3) Why is Whey 80 better than Optimum Nutrition (ON)  Gold Standard Whey? Why should I buy it?

Ans) Whey 80 has 20 g protein per 25 g scoop. This means it has protein percentage of 80 percent. ON has 24 g protein in 31 g scoop. This means protein percentage is only 77%. Also, ON has 4 g carbs while whey 80 has 1. 7 g carbs only. (Carbs is short form of carbohydrates.)

Per serving 24.5 g protein. 1 kg has 33 servings and 2 kg has 66 servings. Use one scoop in water or milk before sleeping.

Q6) What should people do who have allergy to milk/dairy products. This allergy is also called Lactose intolerance.

Ans) For these people, whey 80 is not suitable at all as it contains lactose. If lactose intolerance is not too severe, these people can use Whey Protein Isolate 90 as it contains very low lactose. However, if they have very severe lactose intolerance then they should use Pea Protein because pea protein has zero lactose.

Q 10) Which Supplement should I use.

Ans) First ask customer his weight, height and goal

  • If customer says his weight is between 40-60 kg  and he needs to gain weight then suggest him Total mass matrix.
  • If customer says his weight is 60-70 kg and he wants to gain more weightthen suggest him All In one protein
  • If customer says his weight is 60-70 kg and he wants to gain muscle size and shape up body then suggest him Whey Protein 80
  • If weight is above 70 kg and he says he wants to gain more weight then tell him to use All in one or whey 80. Don’t give him options of these 2 or he will get confused. Choose one and tell him to use
  • If customer says his weight is 75 kg plus and his height is between 5 5 and 5 11 and he says his goal is weight loss and cutting tell him to use Whey Protein Isolate 90 plus CLA. Whey Protein isolate 90 will help with cutting and muscle gain and CLA will help in cutting/ fat burn. If customer says he has lower budget and if he asks can he use whey protein 80 tell him that he can use whey 80 as well. It is also very good but whey 90 is a bit better.

Q11) Difference between Whey protein 80 and Whey Protein Isolate 90?

Ans) Whey Protein 80 is pure whey protein concentrate and Whey Protein Isolate 90 is pure whey protein isolate. Both are extremely good but whey protein isolate 90 is better as it has lower fats and carbs and higher protein. Whey Protein 80 is better than ON gold standard and nitrotech and whey protein isolate 90 is better than Whey Protein 80.

Q12) Difference between All in one and whey 80?

Ans) Both are very good. Whey 80 is pure whey protein. All in one is sort of an advanced mass gainer. If you want to gain mass fast then use all in one as apart from creatine it also has carbs, glutamine and creatine. So it is very effective.

Q13) All in one servings and usage

Ans) All in one 1 kg has 14 servings and 2 kg has 28 servings. Each serving is of 2 scoops and total serving size is 70 g. We recommend 2 to 4 scoops (1 to 2 servings) at least daily. For example use 2 scoops with water or milk immediately after exercise and 2 scoops any other time.

Ans) BCAA extreme/BCAA tablets help increase muscle size and also when a person is doing fat loss, they help to retain muscles. If you don’t take bcaas then during fat loss, your muscles can also burn and decrease in size. For bcaa extreme, 250 g has 41 servings. Each serving is of 6 g and each scoop is of 3 g. So you need 2 scoops to make one serving of 6 g. Use 2 scoops during exercise and if you can then 2 scoops before sleeping. Each scoop of bcaa extreme has 6 g bcaas…..  For bcaa tablets, use 2-3 tablets before workout and 2 to 3 tablets before sleeping. Each tablet has 1 g bcaas.

Q 16) What is preworkout?

Ans) Preworkout is something which increases stamina. We have 3preworkouts. One is citrulline malate one is Amino NRG and one is Performance Caffeine tablets. If customer asks for recommendation, try to force him to buy citrulline malate as we have a lot of stock of citrulline malate.

Q17) Citrulline malate usage

Ans) Citrulline malate increases blood flow and increases stamina of a person. Each scoop is of 3.5 g. 250 g has 71 servings of 3.5 g. Use 1 scoop in water or juice 1 hour before exercise.
